Returns & Exchange
Return and exchanges will only be processed if you have a clear unboxing video.
We hope you will love the items you purchased from us, but if the product that you have received is not the right size for you, you may exchange the same item with other sizes. You may not exchange it for other items and refunds will only be given if you were to find any defects on the products you receive or if we have sent the wrong products.
Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that INVIO used to send the goods. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Products must be mailed for return within 7 days from the day the order was delivered.(i.e. Your order arrived on 8th of August, you have until 15th of August to ship back your returns).
Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges, and all shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Items bought at our online store cannot be refunded or exchanged at our offline store.
